Harvest Retreat
October 9 & 10
-
Maybe it's been a summer full of all the things, the family, the work, the summer camps and vacations that sounded like a great idea when you planned them.
You’re tired but not sure exactly why, you feel full from the Summer but not sure what to do with all that energy.
And the Winter is coming and you've already got the lists going.
What if before the next big thing, you paused, just for a few days, to reflect on what you've already done this year?
To recognize the ways you've shown up, to notice the fullness.
The things you've created out of nothing but a good idea.
The tough shit you've battled through cause that's what you're good at.
The Harvest Retreat offers you that space, just enough to give you what you need.
Space to breathe, to notice and connect with that powerful heart in your own chest.

You just need to arrive. The rest is done for you.
There will be gentle movement, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, guided meditation practice, time for rest and walks in the woods along with lots of other things that you will love.
Here is the agenda with a few more details.
Friday
Arrive and settle in with your welcome gifts and plenty of snacks.
At 4pm we will gather for our opening circle, setting an intention for the retreat, supported by a deep relaxation practice.
We will share a guided sense and savor walk on the way to dinner.
After dinner Friday we will open into silence and our evening circle.
It is a friendly silence, more spacious and healing than you can imagine.
Friday evening practices includes a guided meditation that offer you an experience to connect and gather your personal harvest. Then we will create personal vessels to hold and honor our good work.
We end Friday with a restorative yoga practice and dream tea.
Saturday
We begin with movement and a quiet walk to breakfast enjoying the morning sun and fresh air.
After breakfast we will gather for breath practice and somatic awareness, connecting breathing as an act of self love and a way to shift energy in the body.
There will be some special activities before lunch weaving together the intentions of the retreat and your practices of noticing and honoring your work.
After lunch we will gather again for our final circle, sharing a ritual to support the release of that we no longer need and celebrate and protect the spaciousness required for rest.
We will come out of silence gently and close the ritual with a sweet farewell practice.
Checkout will be Saturday at 3pm
