Mindful Self Compassion
Mindful Self Compassion is a life changing course, developed by Kirstin Neff and Chris Germer. Through exercises and practice students develop an awareness of their compassionate voice and develop skills to meet life with greater discernment and an increased awareness of how to take care of themselves.

Money is one of the most common stressors in our lives. It impacts our health, our relationships, our decisions. It can be one of the biggest creators of shame, something we just don’t understand, something we never figure out. Even when we have more of it, it can seem like there’s never enough.
This workshop series is for you if you’re carrying around any heavy emotions about money. This is not a financial advising space but rather a place for you to learn how to work through the shit you carry about money so you can move forward with more care, more self-awareness and more sovereignty with your finances.
